Introductory/Beginner Level
$400. - For INSTANT results attending a minimum of 2-3x per week for 2 months is advised. After completion of the course, a client may move into the next level of knowledge.

Intermediate
$400. - For QUICK results attending class 3x per week for 2 months is recommended. After completion of the course, a client may move into the next level of knowledge.

Advanced

$400. - For FAST results attending a minimum of 3x per week for 2 months is suggested. After completion of the course, a client may move into the next level of knowledge.

Class Descriptions
MAT CLASS
Introductory/Beginner Level - Mat Class

Enlighten and Discover / Reconnect and Reprogram Your Body!
This Pilates mat class is taught in the traditional way of Joseph Pilates, utilizing a group of exercises designed to strengthen and stretch muscles and release tension without stressing the joints. We will focus on developing core strength and overall flexibility by integrating breathing techniques with exercises, which enhance posture and pelvic mobility and stability. This beginner class will unite mind, body and spirit, leaving the student feeling relaxed, refreshed and invigorated. This class is a match for any level, but ideal for first time students and beginners. The class will begin with breathing, pre-pilates and basic mat work and move into more challenging work for the core muscles. Themes and core principles of the class will vary.

Intermediate Level - Mat Class
Revive & Restore Your Body!

This class will focus on Pilates intermediate level mat work as well as reinforce core principles. We often utilize Pilates props such as the ring/Magic Circle, Therabands, foam core rollers and fit balls, etc. Improving posture alignment and pelvic awareness, this level will go deeper into working, balancing and opening the body. Themes of the class vary and students’ questions and input are encouraged. Pilates mat experience is recommended and required before coming to this level. This intermediate class will unite mind, body and spirit, leaving the student feeling energized and rejuvenated. Making the body the best it can be, the benefits of Pilates are endless.

Advance Level - Mat Class
Replenish & Redefine Your Body!

This class requires strong knowledge of core principles as well as strong previous mat experience. The class will work toward the full advanced Pilates repertoire with a keen eye toward precision, efficiency and body awareness. Themes of the class vary and students’ questions and input are encouraged. Pilates mat experience is recommended and required before coming to this level. While increasing the repetition, this level will flow from one exercise to another at quicker pace. At this level, the student will polish their Pilates skills and knowledge, while getting the most out of each exercise. Along with fine tuning and weight loss, this level will enable the student to take all the benefits of Pilates through everyday life.

Open Level - Mat Class
Experiment With Your Body!

This open level mat class integrates breathing techniques, while focusing on developing core strength and stability (abs and back) and flexibility. Along with standing and sitting Pilates techniques, we will also use Pilates toys and props, such as: Therabands, foam cores, fitness balls, etc. The mat class will unite mind, body and spirit, leaving the student feeling relaxed, refreshed and invigorated. This class is a match for any level, but ideal for first time students and beginners. The open level mat class will focus on body movement and body awareness while creating a fun way to exercise and detoxify. The class will begin with breathing, pre-pilates, basic mat work and move into more challenging work for the core muscles. Themes and core principles of the class will vary.
